Whether we cater it at your location or serve it here, give your guests a dining experience to remember. Select from the gourmet menu that has something special for everyone's taste. All you have to do is make your choices from the superb selection of food, wine, and drinks; after that, leave it all to us.

In addition to functions held at Twin Lakes Resort, our Catering Service is available for your group meeting, family get-together, party, or festivity wherever it is held in the area. Specialty catering packages include the Summer Picnic, the Corporate and Non-Profit Package, and the Holiday Package. Browse our extensive selection of Hors D'Oeuvres and Entrees below. From the very first course to the last bite of dessert, your guests will enjoy a gourmet dining experience. With a wide variety of meat, fish and seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes from which to choose, you will be able to provide your guests with a selection that will delight them. With attention to presentation as well as taste, the dishes themselves add to the festivities!

We will be delighted to assist you in making wine selections to accompany the meals, as well as helping you to arrange for any "special requests" for guests that have dietary constraints. If there is something you would like and you do not see it, please ask. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Prestige Selections

  • Coconut Chicken with a Pineapple Salsa Coconut breaded tenders of free-range chicken, lightly ried to a golden brown
  • Oriental Chicken Tartlets a blend of sautéed chicken, vegetables, pineapple, ginger and garlic in puff pastry
  • Chicken Sate Skewered tenders of free range chicken with a Thai Peanut Sauce
  • South Western Beef Empanada Grilled beef, red bell peppers, onions, pepper-jack and cheddar chesses wrapped in empanada dough and fried to a golden brown
  • Teriyaki Glazed Beef Sate Skewered marinated beef tenders tossed with a sweet Teriyaki sauce
  • Sweet & Sour Miniature Meatballs pan seared to a golden brown and tossed with a sweet and sour sauce (can also be done swedish style)
  • Raspberry Brie Puffs Raspberries, Melba sauce and Brie wrapped in a flaky Puff Pastry

  • Roast Prime Rib Slow oven roasted, rubbed w/ fresh garlic and herbs, served with a cabernet infused au jus

  • Grilled Rib Eye Chasseur 12 ounce cut of prime rib grilled to medium rare - medium, topped with roasted tomatoes, onions and a beef Demi-glace
  • Marinated Sliced London broil marinated in Merlot, fresh garlic and herbs, topped with a Merlot mushroom sauce (served medium rare to medium)
  • Roasted Beef Tenderloin 8 ounce Filet Mignon oven roasted to perfection served with roasted shallots and a Madeira wine Demi-Glace

    (Add $4.00 per person.) (Served medium rare to medium.)

  • Pan Seared Lamb Chops Four pan seared lamb chops topped with a fresh mint and red pepper relish and drizzled with a Port wine Demi-Glace

  • Double Bone Grilled Pork Chop 12ounce pork chop smothered with roasted fennel and garlic, topped with a cabernet Glace

  • Half of Roasted Cornish Game Hen - 48 hours brined in pickling spices and fresh herbs, roasted to perfection, topped with an herbed butter sauce and frizzled leeks

  • Pollo Portafino Portabella mushroom stuffed chicken roulade, topped with a creamy Marsala wine sauce
  • Herbed Roasted Chicken Sautéed chicken breast coated in an assortment of fresh herbs and seasoned flour topped with pan gravy
